Why partner with us

A senior developer, without the headcount.

Hiring a WordPress developer in-house is a stretch when your project flow is uneven. Hiring a random freelancer per project means re-onboarding every time, inconsistent quality, and the very real risk that they'll DM your client on LinkedIn.

We sit somewhere better. You get a dedicated WordPress partner who shows up under your brand, follows your process, and treats your clients like they're our own — because, to them, we don't exist. We sign the NDA, ship the work, and stay invisible.
Our White Label Services

What we build under your brand

Custom Solutions

Custom theme and plugin edits, child themes, custom post types, ACF, and clean hand-coded sections where page builders fall short.

Page Builder Sites

Production-grade builds in Oxygen Builder 6, Elementor, and Divi — including migrations and theme rebuilds without breaking SEO.

WooCommerce

Storefront setup, product configuration, checkout customization, payment gateways, shipping logic, and third-party integrations. Built to actually sell.

Responsive Front-End

HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Mobile-first layouts, cross-browser tested, pixel-faithful to your designer's Figma — or we'll handle the design too.

Speed & Web Vitals

Caching, image optimization, CDN setup, database cleanup, and PageSpeed/GTmetrix remediation. We turn red scores green and document what changed.

SEO Foundations

Technical SEO audits, schema markup, redirect mapping, sitemaps, GA4 and Search Console setup — the unglamorous stuff that ranks.

Security & Hardening

Security configurations, malware cleanup, SSL, automated backups, and a sane plugin update routine your client won't have to think about.

Hosting Migrations

Zero-downtime migrations between hosts (cPanel, SiteGround, WP Engine, Cloudways, Kinsta), complete with DNS and mailbox configurations.

How It Works

Simple, quiet, and on your timeline

Brief us privately

Send the scope, the Figma, or just a Loom video. We'll come back with a quote and timeline — usually within one business day.

We build under your brand

Updates land in your project channel (Slack, email — your call). No client-facing fingerprints. NDA covers everything.

You ship to your client

We hand off the staging site, walk you through anything custom, and remain available for revisions and post-launch fixes. You take the credit.
Engagement Options

Work with us the way that fits Your Needs

We never reach out to your clients directly unless you specifically ask us to join a call under your brand. NDA's are available upon request.

FAQ

Every engagement starts with a signed NDA and non-solicit clause. Beyond the paperwork: our business model only works if agencies trust us enough to come back. Poaching one client to lose the next ten isn't a tradeoff that makes sense — and it's not the kind of business we want to run anyway.

Yes. Send it over. We'll read it the same day and either sign it or come back with a short list of anything that needs adjusting. We don't insist on our own paperwork.

Your pick. We work mostly in Slack, we also have a project management platform we can use, or we can join yours. We can even communicate simply through email. Whatever works best for you.

Both. If you have a file from your designer, we'll build it to spec. If you only have a Loom video, some rough notes, or a "make it look like this site," we can take it from there and handle layout decisions ourselves. Design-as-needed work would obviously endure more hours of work.

US Eastern time. We're based in Tennessee, so we overlap fully with US agencies and most of the workday with the UK and EU.

For hourly and project work, 50% upfront and 50% at handoff is standard. Larger builds can be split into milestones. Retainers are billed at the start of each month.

Scope changes happen — clients add wishlist items, designs evolve, requirements clarify. When something falls outside the original quote, we'll flag it before doing the work, give you the additional cost, and wait for your sign-off. No silent scope creep, no awkward invoice conversations later.

No minimum for project or overflow work — a one-hour bug fix is fine. Retainers start at a small monthly block of hours so the partnership actually pays for itself in coordination time.

Revisions are part of the process — they're built into every fixed-price quote. We'll work through feedback until it's right within the scope of what was originally agreed. If feedback is substantial enough to count as a new direction (think "let's redesign half of it"), that's a scope change we'd quote separately, but standard rounds of revisions never carry an extra charge.

If it's something we built or touched, we fix it — full stop, no clock running, within the 30-day post-launch window. After that, fixes covered under a maintenance retainer are included; one-off fixes are billed at the standard hourly rate. We don't ghost agencies after the invoice clears.
