No, we have no upfront recruiting cost or setup fees. We do require a deposit of one to three weeks of hours based on agreements.
Does my Digital Recruit work 24/7 for me?
No, we only work on business days during standard business hours. Our team is based mostly on the East Coast United States.
Do I get my dedicated team member?
Yes. For each channel you hire for you will have your own dedicated Digital Recruit. You will also have your account manager who stays in touch with you and makes sure that a qualified Digital Recruit gets the job done.
How much work can a Digital Recruit complete within one month?
That depends on the level of engagement you need. We not only fit our recruits based on expertise but also in terms of availability. If you feel you need more or less time per month please contact your account manager to make arrangement.
How do you ensure I get a great expert?
We have great recruiting process that includes vetting workers from top Groups, Forums, and Communities. The vetting process includes an extensive review of their resume, verifying work experience and video interview processes.
We will have an agreement in place that covers scope of work, hours needed, and billing. There are no length or time-frame commitments, you may cancel anytime.
What are your experts, experts in?
We have experts available in most if not all digital marketing channels. This includes but not limited to, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Designers, Content Creation, and more. If you are looking for something specific, feel free to contact us.
What are the typical costs involved?
Since we are a remote staffing agency helping small and medium size businesses we are able to offer lower commitment of hours.
Typically you can see hourly rates between $60-$120.
The hourly rate is dependent on the recruits expertise, skill levels, and overall experience. We do require a soft commitment of 10 hours per month.
How do I work with a Digital Recruit?
You will receive access to our project platform were you can communicate with your expert one on one, set tasks, see progress, share files and see time tracked for billing.
How do I approve the work and communicate with your team?
Along with your Digital Recruit your account manager is also there to check in from time to time with both client and your assigned expert. You may also reach out to your account manager at any time via your client portal or email, shall you have any concerns.
What if I am not satisfied with my Digital Recruit?
If you are unsatisfied for any reason whatsoever we will match you with a new expert at no additional cost.
Can I hire my Digital Recruit to work for me as an official employee?
Yes, however this is at their discretion and availability. If after talking it over with your Digital Recruit please contact us to make arrangements. Placement fees may apply.
How do I cancel my account?
Just contact your dedicated account manager, and we will cancel your account.
Where do your Digital Recruits work from?
All our Digital Recruits are remote employees and mostly work from their home offices.
